This isn't news to a lot of use:
Any transistor on eBay these days is pretty much going to be fake, no-one should be sourcing semiconductors there unless its a known good suppliers' shopfront. Most of the genuine suppliers abandoned eBay as their prices were undercut by the scammers or those inadvertently fronting for the scammers.

I wouldn't make such a blanket statement about eBay. I bought genuine Toshiba jfets, power transistors, SiC diodes, germanium power diodes, and other semiconductors there with no problem. You need to do your homework and learn how to identify genuine parts. This is why bits of information, like those shared by the OP, are so valuable.

Hello Sser2, thank you for your comment.
I have generally the same experiences as you, but especialy regarding power RF transistors on eBay is not easy to find genuie component even though eBay seller (from China) presented originals on their item-picture.
I must make often with China's sellers long communication in advance (ahead of purchase) with to repeatly send them warning: if send me fake than I will put negative feedback and I will require full return. I can tell regarding my experiences that some China's seller are very persistent with their effort to sell their fakes 🙂
It is specific game...
I am sorry, I am going down with money income now thanks Covid restrictions and due to I must unfortunately try to find cheaper components.
Maybe somebody advise me some easy way..
Thank you for your understanding.
