These EQs have a significant problem with breaking the pads/traces where the main board connects to the RCA board. The only way to make them reliable is to use wire jumpers from one board to the other.

Is there a good replacement for these ?
I can’t seem to find the 2SD1328
Would something like the MMBT5401 work or do you have any suggestions?

Any NPN transistor would probably work. Something that's designed for muting, like the sub for the MAX transistor (the 2SC3326), may work better.

They appear to be connected between the primary and secondary grounds. Confirm this.
They are obsolete. You'll have to use a substitute. What diodes in this size do you have?

Did you confirm that they connect between primary and secondary grounds (diodes out of circuit)?
Do you have any new diodes of this general size? They don't have to be this short. You can stand them on end.
