Playing CD-i Video on a PC?

Is there a way to play a CD-i video on a PC.?

You may be able to get some data off the disc - CD-i and VCD formats

The link you provided works great.

I downloaded the disk.
However it requires that the disk is perfect or almost otherwise it stutters.
