Yes moved all switches and pots through entire range several times .
The test speaker never made any noise .

If not, post the DC voltage on all terminals of that IC.

I get a triangle waveform now on pin 5 of U203
I also get a triangle waveform on pin 1 of U2
I had a broken solder connection on pin 5

Bridge terminals 1 and 2 of U200 and recheck those points.
