In 1968 Astrid and Karl-Börris Aschitsch founded their TV repair business and workshop. In the years that followed, they decided to solve the spare part supply problems of the specialised trade, that they themselves had experienced - ASWO was founded in 1974.
In the former USSR, a centralized after-sales service system for household appliances and electronics was established. I remember that only they had all the parts 🙁
