Hi all,
I salvaged from a Cambridge CD-6 (brocken transport) a dual TDA1305 balanced DAC board.
Since I cannot find any hi-res image of the schematic, could you help me to find where to connect the input signal? Dac pcb has on-board psu and is very similar to the Dacmagic one.
Here's the only service manual I found:
Cambridge Audio CD6 Compact Disc Player Manual | HiFi Engine
The idea is to connect a Broskie's unbalancer before the opamps...
Cheers,
Vincenzo

The CXD1167Q makes things a little tricky. If you want to use the board as is by connecting to CN2 you have to mimic the output of the CXD1167Q and sync the input source to the Cambridge board. The Cambridge board will supply MCLK at 256Fs or 384Fs but BCLK has to be 48Fs and data 16bit LSB justified. That will require glue logic.
Thanks for reply. Not necessarily as is, I can change everything, as it comes free from a dismantled cdp..
