Hi,
I'm in the market for a decently-specced DCB1 preamp (UK voltage!) to match my First Watt F3 power amp, and was wondering if there was anyone willing to sell their build. Unfortunately I'm way too cack-handed to attempt to make one myself so I would like a top-class pre-build.
Cheers

Hi
I have some PCBs for DCB1 buffer. DCB1 Build | HiFiVision.com
I don't have components to build it.
I have another Discrete Dynamics Class A preamp designed by my friend. It's
even better in my opinion, with onboard power supply and all the connector mounted. You just need to make connections for RCAs
It's a 100X100 mm board, small enough and can be easily mounted on front panel.
Regards
Sachin

Hi Sachin
Thanks for the reply. I'm afraid your DCB1 buffer may well be too far out of my comfort zone sorry. I've heard great things, though!
The discrete dynamics may be closer to my current non-existent skill-set. Do you have any REALLY clear, basic guides to go with it? And would it be useable in the UK? Apologies for the questions, but as I say, my experience is zero!

I've built a couple of the discrete dynamics preamps. They are very simple to build but great sounding. You just need to add a selector if you want multiple input sources. I completely reccomend.
