Rough pcb design added zeners is it the correct way😕

It won't be able to swing to within about 10 V of the positive rail.
400 W will need multiple output devices

Doubt it would be any good with TIP4xC drivers. VAS current too low.

Sounds like a explosive amp it would need a Vbe multiplier with a transistor to compensate the thermal bias inestability of those mosfets

Check you zobel network the 10ohm resistor seems wrong on the pcb

Incorrect offset. Unbalanced driver mode. In the quasi-complementary cascade, the output BJT was replaced by MOSFET. The bias voltage of the gate is not taken into account (4v). Ask Nelson Pass 🙂
