A cork is cheaper.
That wouldn't work - you need one for each ear! 😉

Here is my collection of unique data sheets. The links in them have long ago gone dead.
The Belchfire pdf is sublime! 😀 I quote:

"The BF-6000 SUX represents a breath-taking Crown leap forward into the past in technical innovation and gut-wrenching power that is guaranteed for an unprecedented 25 years."

although reading it I was reminded of The Plasmatron
"Out of the past, comes the sweet sound of the future…"
which costs $5,199 or $7,199 depending on version. Helpfully, the page has this explanation of how it works:

"The Plasmatron provides a more linear voltage output by adding negative resistance to the power line source impedance. But that’s ‘EE-speak’... What that really means is: the voltage supplied by the Plasmatron won’t drop. In fact, it can actually go up, when the load is increased. Need more. Get more."

When you order something from Mouser via their Dutch site, there is always a note in Dutch printed at the bottom of the shipping list about the conditions of the besteling. They probably mean bestelling, Dutch for order, but it actually says besteling, theft.

Unfortunate 🙂 but easily done without proper proof reading...

It would be fitting for some audio companies who specialise in snake oil to have besteling on their printed order confirmation.

Ultra-deep 1U with sloped front that spews flames? I guess now we know where Chameleon got their amp design from...

Here's a very not politically correct joke datasheet from National... Goes well with some of their advertisements from that era, oddly enough. Probably can be attributed to Bob Widlar.
