Surrounds need reattaching (at least the one on the left). Not something i have seen outside of the earlier Alnico versions. Same cone it looks like. Just a change to ceramic magnet.

Dave,
it's might be perspective issue due to phone lens - check the others pics. That's why I rotated the driver twice to show the issue.
However, you can say everything you want without actual touching the drivers.

I have seen many of these and the second set of pictures clearly show the issue.

Run your fingernail up the cone and you will be able to lift the surround.

Yep, I check the surrounds to make sure - nothing wrong. I don't have 4" nails that's why I use the nylon stick.

Thanks for your opinion - you business a lot with vintage drivers. Please continue.

Ok, I have these drivers on-hands. I can see what is it.
Moreover, I've noted that other pair was sold for much more money last month at this forum, without any pics.
