I have already selected the valves in pairs using the standard operating mode for 6N23P from the Soviet reference book on radio tubes: Anode voltage is 90V, Grid voltage is -1.2V. The minimum Anode current NEW / NOS spec for this type is 10mA.
As a result, we got 2 pairs of radio tubes with similar parameters

Pair #1 - /good balanced pair/
#1 (10,1-11,9 мА)
#3 (11-11 мА) - /excellent balanced tube/

Pair #2 - /good balanced pair/
#4 (9,6-11,5 мА) - /96% of anode carrent for A1/
#5 (9,5-10,7 мА) - /95% of anode carrent for A1/

They look very good and are from a very good year if not one of the best and the measurements of the pairs are very good. Unfornatully I just need one tube with one good appairing and I'm a little money short as my initial choice was more towards a balanced EB grade and not a pair !


Next time I hope, though they should be purchased very fast : good measurements, perfect condition !
