Any vintage rtr restoration guys here near the Yonkers NY area? I have a Pioneer RT-707, and 2 Tandberg model 2 decks that need to be restored. Anyone in or close by in this area? I prefer to drive them to the restorer, than to face risk of damaging them by shipping them. Please let me know. Thanks.
In the NY area you can’t beat Bob Shuster. I use him for my Studer A80’s and Telefunken M15. He will work on consumer machines as well. I spoke to him about a Pioneer 707 so I know he is familiar with the deck. Home - Midnight Bob
