The 7189s are 6BQ5s "on steroids". Use them in some sort of PP amp, perhaps along the lines of the power section of the Sherwood S5000. The Russian 6Π14Π-EB (6p14p-ev), AKA EL84M, is a highly suitable replacement and your amp will function for many years.
The 12FQ7s are desirable and can be sold. The 0A2 is a 150 V. 7 pin mini gas discharge regulator and works very well in the B+ supply of full pentode mode Russian 6Π15Π (6p15p) setups. The 12X4 goes into a Dyna PAS preamp.

A lot of those tubes are radio types I recognize although nowadays that hasn't stopped people using them in audio .
Craigslist is full of sellers selling radio tubes .
Tungsol along with sovtek /Svetlana is now run by --New Sensor Corp. (NY) .
an import company which imports tubes as well as other electronic equipment . They had a legal battle in 2004 with CE Distribution ( Jensen speakers ) in the US Appeal Court ( Arizona ) ---and won ( partially - but not in Arizona ) -Case No.02-16305 .

I got the case which is really cool and in good shape and all these valves for $1oo. The quad of 7189s are worth that.
