Hello all. i'm looking for some ideas to make a pair of blh towers. besides the cabinet suggestion from fostex, are there any ohter good suggestions.

Actually they're back loaded horns -it's whether the horn is loaded by the front or rear of the driver rather than the position of the terminus that defines whether it's a back or front loaded device.
The Fostex box is OK; not perfect but there are worse options. One tip -avoid smoothing out the expansion path of a bass horn if it wasn't designed that way. In many cases (well, some) the internal folding scheme and edges will have been created to form a functional part of the acoustic low pass filter.

The best horns for this driver are Austin 166, Haruna, Victor.
With corner loading FHXL (or maybe Joan) are OK, still better than the Fostex (which i do not have a high opinion of after hearing a number of them, the one we burned went up nicely).
