Hi friends
the much praised Iron solder being out of stock, I'm asking for a recommendation: What solder is best suited for SMD?
Thank you!

I use 63/37 no clean from MG Chemicals myself... As long as it's a good quality solder (Don't buy cheap solder, I swear some of it's recycled from old boards...) you'll be good. You probably want a thin solder wire, 100. Like 0.8mm or smaller.
Use 22 to 24 gauge 63/37 solder, adding rosin as necessary. You'll also need desoldering braid,
to remove the excess solder that often ends up bridging pads. And a good magnifying glass and light,
along with a lot of patience.

Thanks very much!
Ordered some MG solder as advised, the rest I have.
Will even get myself a nice solder-station [emoji2960]
