It doesn’t look or measure that special. A small reflex could probably perform better.

It is a variant of the Voigt pipe (positive flare pipe and constricted mouth) but with the driver less than 1/3 from the closed end of the pipe.
A 3" driver with a xmax of 0.55mm will need all the help it can get in radiation resistance and protection from strong bass input.
