Might anyone know where to go learn (or buy) all things needed to develop Bluetooth products?

There is a Bluetooth specification, I think you can find it via the Internet. Years ago it was about 600 pages, and now it is much thicker because of Bluetooth Low Energy.
The spec covers all layers. Depending on what parts you want to develop yourself and what you want to buy, a large part of it may be irrelevant to you. For example, you probably won't need to worry about the details of the modulation methods when you use off-the-shelf Bluetooth chips or integrate off-the-shelf Bluetooth RF IPs.

The only part I want to develop myself is the shells and the balanced armatures' passive circuit. I have no idea where to buy the BT parts to start to develop a product.

You could try to contact the companies that are members of the Bluetooth SIG, but although it all started with only Intel, Ericsson, and Nokia, there are 36000 of them now...
