Op Amps

I was wondering if it was good practice to "batch match" op Amps like you typically do with mosfets? Does it have any affect, or is it inconsequential?

No need at all. Op amps are designed to depend mainly on the feedback network.

Agree with rayma. Op amps have a large open loop gain and applying feedback largely sets up their behavior.

The one thing I will say is match up the part numbers. dont mix 4558 with 5532 if it wasnt originally.

as each different brand and model of op amp will have different characteristics, slew rate, etc.
