I've seen some pictures online of the grill removed, but would like a second opinion as to whether this is a undo-able operation and if there's any risk of damage.
It is very easy to remove grill from D2004 (R2004, R3004,....) tweeter. There is black rubber glue in the groove, just carefuly pry the grid with small screw driver from faceplate. Magnet is not so strong as the one in Bliesma, but be careful with screw driver anyway.
