I have 3 NEW EIMAC 75TL LOW MU TRIODE VACUUM TUBES as pictured. Can someone help me with the low and high-value per tube. I know nothing about these.

As for monetary value, the low is you give them away with free shipping, and the high is talking somebody into buying them for thousands. (It’s going to be closer to the former than the latter, sorry...)

We are happy to help you build an audio project with these tubes. That is what this forum is about. It is worth mentioning that it will be very expensive to build and require much custom construction, parts, and engineering, as these are not normally used making audio frequency amplifiers.
Because of the incredible hoops required to make a radio station transmitter tube make audio, it’s a reasonable suggestion to ask you to start with a simpler project.
