Not a grill, so perhaps no use. If you can source old tights, with a bit of effort a leg can be stretched over the whole speaker and sealed at the back. Putting mounting screws through without laddering is problematic. But it can work,keeps dust away from the units, and looks okay. Acoustically, I would say completely transparent.

Reversely,you can use the shown dimensions for precise cutting of a pair of 18-25mm thick MDF (the outer dimensions of your choice).On the resulting frames you can put any material you like (sonically transparent,of course).The resulting frames,when precisely cut,should hang/grip without any significant movement onto the loudspeakers' outer edges.
