SAE I-102 repair - Resistor value

Hi, I have just got a vintage SAE I-102 integrated amplifier.

After visual checked. I found a resistor burn and difficult to recognized its value from marking code.

It just barely be recognized as:

"brown-black-unknown-black"

But the measured value is 0.4K ohm. Therefore I believe the resistor has damaged. Again, it frustrates me as the last band is black. Is that mean this is the type of fusible resistor? with temperature co-efficient? Or current sense function?

Anyone can help me to find out the value of this resistor?

Thanks!

CW

Not found a free schematic --so far --1984 vintage -$500 .

I notice its not the only resistor that "appears " to have a red band on one end -2 --it depends how many bands are on the other resistors near it ?

IF---- it ENDS in black and black is a multiplier then its X1 but if its 3 bands and black is the third then its value is less than 100 (ohms ) .

What value is the one next to it ?

This is supposition and I don't like working this way as mistakes can and are made so don't take what I posted for granted .
