The sticky post on how to include images has inlined images in it, but it doesn't say how to put in those inlined (and full sized) images. I poked around and tried a few tests, but I couldn't figure it out.

One simply puts the URL of the picture (not the page the picture is on within a pair of image tags.
If the picture is on the internet grab the URL and put it in, if you a=have attached the image to your post, select its URL and paste it in.
I have no idea how the
works, but i have found that it breaks a lot so do not suggest its use.
