Hi all,

I got the above amp for repair. I changed the bad output mosfets and few resistors. Amp coming on and playing. But each module has potentiometer on them. I would like to know the procedure how to adjust it. I am attaching the picture for reference. Thank you.

..I got the above amp....

It may say E-V but the power amp module (with the trim-pot??) says Hypex UcD180LPV8. Which is indeed a power amp for OEM applications.

I do not see ANY reason to touch this trimmer.

The output was not showing at the output terminals. It was looking like the amp was going into mute. I turned the pot to full counterclock and then I saw clean output. I did it to both modules. So I wanted to know what is the use of this trim pots. If it is setting bias.
