Those parts are typical of what you would see in products in the 80's and 90's (and later) such as TV's and so on.

They look to be mainly wirewound power resistors, so the range of values may be quite limited.

All those parts in the picture are typical of what would be found in a toolbox or workshop of a TV engineer back in the day.
A few of those resistors look like metal oxide types and all would be very useful if addressing known stock faults on various products.
