Checked them and they both test fine also pulled the output out and checked that as well and it measures fine .
I have new outputs I can try installing 4 on that side and see if that makes a difference

Just because it checks OK, that doesn't mean that it can't cause a problem. If it has a lower threshold than the other parallel FETs, it would run hotter at idle.
Do the solder connections on the back of the driver board look like they have run hot?
Did you use exact replacements?

Not sure why they moved my post to this thread I have 2 amps same model number with 2 differ you issues now they combined both amps into 1 post and now it’s confusing
It's not nearly as bad as usual. I'd desolder/rersolder the MPSA42s near the header. It's best to use additional liquid flux to make the solder flow through the board to the top.
I mostly saw 31N20s in this type amp. Were they the originals or were they the part marked on the board?

Default ATG 6500.1D
This is amp number 2
This one doesn’t power up
Here is what I get on the 3525
Pin 1:0.00
Pin 2:5.01
Pin 3:0.00
Pin 4:0.14
Pin 5:2.09
Pin 6:3.60
Pin 7:2.07
Pin 8:0.29
Pin 9:5.47
Pin 10:0.00

Pin 12:0.00
Pin 13:13.47
Pin 14:0:00
Pin 15:13.47
Pin 16:5.01
This is a SG3525 not a 494 so I should not have 12 volts on pins 8,11,13 correct ?

The heating may be normal. They may simply have the CCS set higher to possibly reduce distortion.
When clamped, with the amp drive a load to the rails symmetrically?
Did you ask a mod to fix the threads?
