Howdy All!
I have a pair of Soundcraftsmen PM860 monoblocks. They are being fed by a Don Sachs Model 1 preamp.
When I turn them on, I hear the initial rush of current, then nothing.
If I turn them off and back on again, I get about 30 seconds of music, then nothing.
Any ideas what is going on?

OK, I figured it out.
I broke a leg off one of the 4136 opamps. Luckily I had a Browndog replacement handy.
