Hi guys.
I'm changing some components on a HIFI tube preamp.
Now I have to replace some IRF710 mosfets and have the option to use either Motorola (made in Mexico) or Vishay (no idea of origin) parts. Already have the mosfets from both brands. Are they basically the same quality or is one superior than the other? What would you do?

You might have to experiment. Modern IRF710 will use different manufacturing processes to the original International Rectifier. Generally the modern parts are not so good in linear operation, they can have limited SOA compared to the originals
