I need a European supplier for 2.6 metres of a profile commonly seen in Chinese made enclosures. I have spent some time looking and I can not even find manufacturer sites to read the build profile.
I am looking for 100mm or 150mm wide. If you have ever seen this material you will appreciate how simple it is to construct enclosures using 3mm or 4mm plate/sheet for the top and base and whatever you want for front and rear, alu plate, wood, lexan, ivory😀
Attached pic with said extrusion, its from another site, several in fact and is someones nice monoblock, one half anyway. Superb job but I would mark him down for the cruddy blue Faston female connectors, triggers my OCD, use TE connectivity crimps and clear vinyl boots.

There are plenty of UK companies or German companies selling different types of aluminum enclosures or made to your specifications and yes many decades ago I bought the same type of "railing " attachments for an amplifier by JLH but obviously you are looking for a certain design quality and "beautiful look " .
Most of those companies want to sell or make the product not supply the details on DIY which I quite understand .
Have you thought of contacting sheet metal fabricators ?

I want the raw materials as I own a large well equipped workshop. The materials are cheap, built enclosures are not, that's value adding for you. I could mill the side cheek fillets in 4mm plate on a Bridgeport Interact but when the desired material exists that is wasted labour and machine time.
I need six enclosures and custom built for the size and proportions shows me well north of £700 from the suppliers I know of.
