The resistors are 220 ohms.

What drives the power supply gets in this amp ?

Are they run off the 594 or is it 2 npn transistors the MMBT2222

It's the same as other Rockford amps. EF pairs but they're on the PS driver board.

So the transistors marked 1B and 3B are the power supply drivers ?

And can I use 56/06 for replacements

It should be the four transistors in the lower left corner, driving terminals 1 and 2 of the driver board.

And MMBTA56 for the 3B’S?

Are the 3B’S npn or pnp ?

Just wondering this cause with just power and ground the amp will draw excessive current

The collector of the PNP connects to ground.

3B = PNP.

I'd recommend that you contact seankane and buy new driver boards for the audio.
