hello
I have to replace this old woofer
Eminence Legend 875 8" Guitar Speaker 4 Ohm
anyone has it?
I asked eminence, they said they could built as a custom minimum order of 100 pieces. I need only one.
In any case, which one match as a replacement?
I also will look elsewhere to decrease the weight.

It would be useful to know what type of box and crossover you are using to know the loudspeaker application and the variables. But within the T / S specifications (parameters) I would use a similar driver in the impossibility of having the faulty driver repaired. Or in the case of stereo I would replace both left and right speaker driver and make the necessary adaptations, software simulations, output level (dB) corrections.

875 had nice specs. Celestion has their "8-15" with 1" diameter coil. For what little its worth, PRV's twin cone 8 inch 8 ohm speaker has relatively close parameters to Legend 875.

The Baby Brute first had CTS 4ohm 8" drivers installed in the diamond tolex series. In the black, regular tolex with black cloth grille, the driver was an Eminence 8" 4ohm model. Both amps were 75 watts output at 4ohms.
