it's funny, I just replied to a very similar post looking for a 4/11 ...
I'll be glad to give for free any of the parts in the picture; you'd have to cover the shipment expenses (from France).
I am not sure anymore which version they are exactly, will have to recheck. I think the versions were somewhat interchangeable, although possibly with different performance.
They were functional a few years ago when I disassembled them, but have been in the box for very long, so no guarantee.

it's about 30 euros up to 1 kg
and about 40 euros up to 2 kg.
Quite expensive! I didn't think it had gone up that much...
