Anyone used this? It is an indirectly heated tube similar to 10, vt25. Rp is about 5k and plate dissipation is 10 watts. There is a data sheet available that has plate curves. Mu is 7.7.
I didn't use the 843 myself. It looks like a nice linear triode to me.
Here are four schematics of amplifiers with the 843.

I bought a bunch of them years ago when they would come up on auction for $5 - $10. I still haven't employed them though since they never quite fit into an application. The high plate resistance makes push pull impractical and the low output power doesn't help.
To get acceptable damping, you'll either need to parallel them in SE or use some feedback.
You could get about 5W out in SE into a 5K transformer.

Greatly appreciated!
I have searched the web wasting a lot of time without any results. Amazed that you could provide me these, thanks🙂

When things go a bit 'dark' in my mind, I like to keep it as occupied as possible with 'non-dark things'. Among them is scraping the internet for tube related things. One of the results of that activity is a large collection of schematics...
