Hi, have you measured vertical polar response? try to get your target reponse at ear height. Not sure if there is any difference between the two variations you show, how do they sound like? 🙂 I tried harsch xo with too long c2c distance and simulation showed it was critical to adjust proper delay to get somewhat smooth reponse at ear height, was quite bumpy above and below that. Difference to ear wasn't very big though, I think in my livingroom power response rules the experience.

Wavelet spectrograms are not the best tool to time align two drivers. I would measure the woofer and horn separately and make their phase responses overlap at frequencies around the crossover frequency.
