Hi I don't think that is possible but when considering PAM8403 then the PAM8406 is the tip I want to give. Slightly higher output power too. Sounds better.
It is already in bridge (BTL) mode. When you have an amplifier circuit with a single output line, the other speaker terminal being connected to a supply rail or ground (eventually through a capacitor), there is a possibility for you adding bridging. With two active output lines for a single speaker, it is already bridged and you cannot add it.
