Can't wait to see what return of beast might be like. 🙂
At the moment has 768 Jfets per channel.

Guessing it might be more efficient populating a board with a surface mount package.
Will this be a Firstwatt product, or some kind of collaboration with Linear Systems to do a diy project?
Hoping for beast with a thousand J113s 🙂
Well it's linear systems so it's likely based on one of their devices probably lsk170 and lsj74.

At the moment there are only two pair being made, mine and
Mr. Fullrange's

Good point – kinda forgot about the LS connection. I'm just envisioning this as a DIY project, in which case a genuinely cheap jfet would be awesome

In one interview Mr. Pass show 250 000 new jfets stock organized in the plastic boxes.
It's for the " Beast " 😀
Or something else ? Haha Geedy Boyz have one more puzzle..
Two channels equal 4608 jfet's soldering joints 😀

Two channels equal 4608 jfet's soldering joints 😀
With 3 resistors for every one amplification cell+2304 joints
Total = jfet's 4608 + resistors 2304 = 6912 soldering joints
+ more all PSU , audio connections etc....
It's a tiny version 😀
