WinBoxSimu (WBS)

Not without interest, but from the screenshots at least crossover topology appears to currently be limited to regular parallel ladder networks rather than being freeform, so while it has a significant number of branches, it may not cover series or hybrid series-parallel crossovers; all-pass delay networks may be a little tricky too. Still, if you're fluent in German (sadly mine has rusted over the last quarter-century), it could be worth a look as another tool to add to the collection.

Yes, we can all see that in your original post, you don't need to repeat it. Your best solution will be to contact the developer and ask them, as by definition they will be the definitive source of information on the subject. There's a nice big 'send me an email' button you can click on the top right of the page, so that should be a straightforward enough matter. As far as I can see though, while it may well be a solid offering, it doesn't appear to offer much (or anything) you can't already get from packages like VituixCAD, Boxsim, PCD7 / WinPCD, Xsim (+ choice of accompanying free tools) or if you wish to pay, SoundEasy, LspCAD, Fine XOver etc.
