Not sure...but it looks like some from Parts Express. They seem to have black screws though.

It appears to be a version of the Philips AD0160 dome tweeter with the addition of a protective mesh grille.

That driver looks like a Beyma. They even have some of their woofers from Beyma although I am not sure whether they are customised.
