I have finished all the work on the Rockford Fosgate PIM board for the Punch 45HD, 75HD and the 150HD. See attached picture! These boards have two caps that leak, which eats the traces and legs of the chips, turning your once working Rockford amp into one with no or scratchy sound.
These boards are double side copper clad just like a normal board, not the fragile ceramic style. The two caps are hand soldered on with the pin header, so that the capacitors are subject to much less heat, thus extending their life!
Boards are $35 each, shipping is $5 for qty 1-5 boards, $10 for 5-15 boards.

Hello, really enjoyed your videos. I currently have 3 Punch 150hd's. They've been sitting for about 15 years and don't have a scratch on them. I'm hearing crackling sounds out of one channel from 2 of the amps. Based on your videos, It sounds like i need a few of your boards as mine are all original. First, if you have any left, i'd better buy 3 of them just to be safe. cuz you never know! Secondly, I know you don't do repairs, but I'm not sure who to trust with these amps. I just don't have the knowhow to do the work myself. Would you happen to know anyone who could do the job. I can pull the main boards and ship them without the heat sinks. Below is a picture of my current build in case you're interested.

Yep I still make and stock them. If you cant find a shop local to do it, G&S Amp repair and Desert Audio Specialist, both in Arizona, or Old School Car Audio Restorations in Rhode island all stock my PIM Boards. Just FYI for anyone across the pond, The Amp Dr also stocks my boards over in the UK.
