Looks like one of the Tang Band W8-1808 or W8-1772 models.
It's been a few years since I heard them, but IIRC they sounded pretty good. Probably not suitable for sound reinforcement as the image might suggest, but such is marketing.

+1. I wasn’t a particular fan of them in the one application in which I heard them (1772) - a small OB passively crossed over in the lower hundreds to a 12” or 15” JBL in folded T-line. As with the several 6&8” Fostex with whizzers, I found them somewhat nasally coloured in the vocal range - particularly so on female vocals.
As Chris notes, even if you like the sound of the W8, they’d definitely not be on my list for even small venue sound reinforcement.
