Hi All
I have a Quad 303 / 33 / FM3 set. The optional teak sleeves are now rarer than rocking horse poo, more so here in Australia.
I have the skills to make a timber sleeve, so all I need are the dimensions of an original.
Can anyone assist with a sketch?
Thx
Doug

I can see I should have been clearer. Obviously I can measure the 33 and the FM3. I want to know the dimensions of the sleeve, including the slots.
Thx

Outside dimensions are 55x10x9.5cm, last being the depth. Slightly more than 10cm high actually, almost exactly 4 inches, but the other dimensions are rounder in cm. Front cutouts are as per above, spaced such that the horizontal gaps are equal at left, centre, and right. Units are inserted from the front, cases from the back.

The thickness of the side pieces is the same as the side gap, which you can compute from what I've already given you, and the top and bottom are the same thickness again.

Or to cut a long story short, 3/8". You just surround the two cutouts with panels of this thickness, and put another one as the centre divider. Nothing more complex than that in principle. Then you mortise or whatever you want to do inside to make it stick together. And get some long 4BA screws to go into the case bushings from underneath, using the same feet. I have some if you need them.

Great. Thanks.
I’ll post pictures when the sleeve is finished.
