Gerbers for SMPS 230v to 2x35v or 40 v

What current? and what is the residual noise specification?

And what topology? flyback i assume?

A SMPS for feeding a class B amplifier is no small feat. Class A is a lot easier.

TME has some relatively cheap cores for flybacks in its assortment, 24V @ 5A you could use four of those to get the required voltage out. I know because i want to use these for GM70 heaters.

cheers.

It´s for a Class D amp and noise? As low as possilbe I guess (You´ll notise that I am a newbie on this)
Is it harder to make for the class AB because of the no regulation?

5 amp/channel at least.

Class AB would be harder because of the spikes in current demand from the amplifier.

I would look at some HYPEX class D modules and normal toroidal transformers. for the power supply, this is easier to understand and to build. As SMPS has its own peculiarities.

The cores alone for a split 40V supply are about €40 at that price and the effort that goes into getting the supply working correctly toroidal transformers arent that expensive. Furthermore you wont have a board with 230VAC on one end.
