Those would seem to be the "BL" class based on the measured IDSS. I think the OP was looking for the "GR" class device.
The ABC grading system makes so much more sense than GR, BL, and V, and most other ratings I have seen. Maybe there's another reason for it. Granted, it's kind of fun to pull up the data sheets and feel like I know what I'm doing.
Thanks again for the offer, those are a higher grade and will have to see if they would work in this situation.
