The resistor ladder should be intact, working shift registers would be an asset. The rest could be broken (e.g. a fried FPGA would be OK).

I have one somewhere in a box, should be as you want. I accidently put around 9V at the 3.3V circuits, which is a bad idea. PM me in case you are interested...
