Deluxe 5U 10mm front panel 8 x M3 holes specification

Is there a specification for the 8 x M3 holes in 10mm front panel for 5U Deluxe chassis?
If a drawing exists that can be printed and used as template for drilling exact holes in a mounting plate that would be helpful. A quick look into DiyAudio Store only revealed the specification for the holes in the heatsinks?

I may have answered myself by looking at the Universal PSU board dimensions. Exactly 80mm between holes......I even have spare PSU boards I could use as template.......
