Does the Hifonics 1700.1d use the tl494 and the lm311? I can't tell the manufacturer scratches off the ic's like they have something to hide, lol
If you can't find then it is certain that they have something to hide and they did well to hide it.
Check the driver design most time 9 & 10 pin will be output for gate drive. If yes it might well be 494 and other one can be ne555. I can be wrong.
