FH3 is a DIY / kit speaker, not a production model, and is certainly not designed or intended to be a 'rival' to Ed's Horns. It is a completely different load, with different objectives, and the baseline drive units (Fostex for the Horns, MA with options for people to try as desired for FH3) are also different, so which may be more likely to achieve your objectives depends on what those are, and what the rest of your system is like.
