Kef Constructor series CS1 Vancouver speakerlab build - info sought

i all , I just acquired a set of Kef CS1 speakers locally. The previous owner says he purchased them from Speaker Labs (?) on West 4th in Vancouver in the 90's - Very well built as you can see from photo. Interestingly they are set up for bi-wire on the back. The p.o. indicated that the crossovers had been "tweaked" by an engineer from UBC but could't remember much more.
So, I am seeking out info. on these or similar models. .. and yes I know this would be helped by removing the drivers etc. but I am not particularity skilled at that ( i.e. a klutz) and thought I would try the non-invasive approach first . Thanks in advance.

You would need to pull one out of the box to compare it to the factory crossover.

Scroll down near the page bottom and you'll see the brochure list:

thanks for the reply. I have found most of that material . What I am most interested in is the "localised" version from Vancouver and the thoughts behind the bi wiring etc.
May well have to pull the crossover but also hoping for any historical information

I remember bi-wire and bi-amp were popular in the '90s. Bi-wire was about preventing circulating currents in the woofer circuit from interfering with the tweeter operation via the parasitic resistance of the wire.

Bi-amp had a few things said about it. A reduction in IMD and other distortions, the opportunity to use a refined low power class A amp for the treble and a higher powered unit for the bass etc.
