How do I attach resistance at speaker terminals, use multi meter at speaker terminals and test for dc offset?

With NO preamp connection /input of any sort just connect your meter -
Positive to the red usually positive terminal.
negative to the usually black terminal and measure in the millivolts range
it should be near 0.00 ma but it can be in the 20,s or upwards depending on the matching /balance of your amplifier.
No resistance is needed its not a load (current ) you are measuring at that point but a voltage difference.

If your DC coupled amplifier has 1volt on its input and say it has a gain of 40, there will be 40volts across the output where you need zero. 10mV error will produce 400mv etc.

Replaced a fuse, deoxit all controls and working now. Iffuse blows again will have further work to do. Service manual downloaded
