AKG PU-2R anything special?

Found an AKG PU-2R cartridge on an old BSR turntable. I wonder if it's anything of high value, or quality. Thanks.

A replacement needle costs ( approx ) 60 euro.
The BSR turntables I have or seen in the UK never used that cartridge but maybe export models did.

According to the vinylengine.com, it's got a spherical stylus, but that doesn't automatically condemn it as low quality. There's no listing for what it sold for.
